PhyloCloud v2 public beta launched

PhyloCloud v2 is now open for early access. Upload annotated phylogenetic trees, explore them interactively with ETE4 SmartView, and share collections with collaborators.

This is a beta release — features and data formats may change without notice. Users and data from PhyloCloud v1 will be migrated to v2 soon.
