Layout editor: 13 visualisation types

The interactive layout editor now supports heatmap, PA matrix, bar plot, dot matrix, range bar, gradient text, text labels, symbol, categorical frequency, branch colour, taxonomy, sequence, and presence count layouts.

Layouts can be reordered, saved as named configs, and shared via the tree detail page.
