Full annotation pipeline: 9 data types

The annotation pipeline supports categorical, numeric, boolean (bit-packed PA), float arrays, sparse arrays, taxonomy lineage, free text, Pfam domain tracks, and multiple sequence alignments — all stored in a compact etestore SQLite file.
